So you’ll be building more muscles in less time. Deadlifts, pushups, pullups, barbell shoulder press and medicine ball slams. This is a 5 day muscle building split designed so that each workout can be completed in around 30 minutes max for those who are pushed for time or workout during lunch.

Rest 45 Seconds Between Exercises/Circuits;


So you’ll be building more muscles in less time. Rest 60 seconds between exercise/circuits; Upper body, lower body, core.

This Is A 5 Day Muscle Building Split Designed So That Each Workout Can Be Completed In Around 30 Minutes Max For Those Who Are Pushed For Time Or Workout During Lunch.


With the first exercise, your goal is building strength, so you perform heavy sets of just 5 reps. Do as many reps as you can, then rest again. You can train only two days that week, and you want to hit upper body one day and lower body the other.
